At Gadtke, our business practice focuses on small businesses, organizations where the company's owners and officers are also its operators and directors. Whether you are a sole proprietor looking to start a business out of your home, or an established company looking to expand into a new area, we can help. We offer straight talk and no nonsense business advice with the aim of helping you grow your business.

Because our firm's founder and president, Robert W. Gadtke, is a small business owner, the firm is uniquely situated to understand the uncertainty, nervousness, and excitement that surround business ventures. In that vein, we offer flexible and creative fee arrangements so that you can plan for legal services in much the same way that you plan for purchasing new materials or supplies. We believe that if the large, publicly traded, foreign companies have the opportunity to negotiate flat fee agreements, so should you. While we can not promise that every company or every case will qualify for such an arrangement, we do promise that regardless of our fee structure you will receive the best possible advice we have to offer.

Once you have retained our services, we like to schedule a visit to come to your office, to your shop, to your home, or to see your equipment (at no cost, of course) to learn about what it is that you do and how you do it, so that our advice and representation can be tailored to meet your needs. Our goal is to establish a relationship that transcends the normal attorney-client privilege.

Apart from helping our clients negotiate contracts, draft purchase agreements, and handle employee disputes, our firm also represents clients once they have been sued. The litigation style we employ is tough, aggressive, and tenacious, working hard to ensure that your interests are adequately represented. We practice in both state and federal court, and will travel outside the metro area if your case so demands.

Growing a business is tough work. Let us worry about the legal aspects so that you can do what you do best: creating value for your customers. Grow with us! Call and ask to speak directly with Robert W. Gadtke.
