Where Does My Money Go?

When a client makes a retainer payment, the funds are deposited into our Firm’s client trust account. Under the law, the money is required to stay in that account (and it remains your property) until it has been earned by our Firm.

Each month, you will receive an invoice detailing the work that was done on your case and informing you of how much of the retainer payment will be transferred into our general business account. The detailed invoices allow you to know exactly how your money is being spent.
