Mr. Gadtke graduated in the top fifteen percent of his class from the University of Iowa College of Law, one of the nation’s top 25 law schools. After graduation, he worked in the litigation department of a large Minneapolis law firm and a respected personal injury practice. In 2004, he founded the law firm of Gadtke & Beyer. He is appointed as Guardian ad Litem by the Hennepin County District Court to advocate on behalf of abused and neglected children. He has lectured on both family law and general civil litigation issues. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar and Hennepin County Bar Associations. He is married and has one child. When not working, Mr. Gadtke enjoys running, golfing, and spending time with his family.

Marcus P. Beyer

Mr. Beyer practices in all areas of family law, including cases with issues related to child custody, child support, parenting time, spousal maintenance, property division, paternity, Orders for Protection, and post-decree modification issues. He has successfully briefed and argued cases before the Minnesota Court of Appeals. He has experience bringing cases to resolution through negotiation, mediation, and trial. He handles cases ranging from uncontested divorces to those involving complex property and contested child custody and spousal maintenance issues. Mr. Beyer prides himself on providing results based on the client’s goals. Prior to entering private practice, he worked as a law clerk to a district court judge. Mr. Beyer is a member of the St. Paul Curling Club and the Warren E. Burger Inn of Court. He was named a Rising Star by Law & Politics magazine in 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008.
